Speedgolf USA, a founding member of the International Speedgolf Alliance (ISGA), proudly presents the 10th United States Speedgolf Open β a milestone edition of the premier national Speedgolf championship and one of the most coveted titles in the sport.
An international field returns to Temecula to compete for the United States National Speedgolf Title, previously won by world-class athletes including Robin Smith ('25), world champions Rob Hogan ('13, '15) and Jin Ota ('24), and the only two-time champion Jason Hawkins ('19, '21).
The womenβs championship has been highlighted by five-time national champion and former womenβs world champion Lauren Cupp ('18).
Back at the proven championship venue, Temecula Creek Golf Clubonce again provides the perfect setting for a two-day test of speed, skill, and endurance.
Whether you are an elite Speedgolfer or new to the sport, the United States Speedgolf Open offers championship competition and the opportunity to experience the largest Speedgolf event in the United States.
π HOW REGISTRATION & DIVISIONS WORK
Players register for one or more championship events:
β’ Open Championship (individual β main event)
β’ Junior Championship (under 18)
β’ Team Championship (two-person teams)*Players do not need to select a division when registering.
Using the information entered during registration, competitors are automatically placed into the appropriate division categories based on their gender, age, and competition status.Awards are presented across multiple categories determined after registration, including:
π Menβs Open Champion
π Womenβs Open Champion
π Menβs Amateur Champion
π Womenβs Amateur Champion
π Masters Champion (40+)
π Senior Champion (50+)
π Legends Champion (60+)
Age group awards apply to both men and women competitors.
Players remain eligible for multiple categories (for example, a Masters player may also win the overall championship).

π Open Championship (Main Event)
36 Holes | Two Rounds | Two Days
Competitors complete two 18-hole Speedgolf rounds with combined golf strokes + running time determining the total score.
The lowest total score wins and is crowned United States Speedgolf National Champion.
π€ Team Championship
9 Holes | Two-Player Teams | Best Ball
Two-player teams compete together in a 9-hole, fast-paced Speedgolf format.
Teams may be:

β’ Female
β’ Mixed
Both players are registered together and their information is submitted during registration.
π’ Junior Championship
Entry Fee: $25
Format: 9 Holes
The Junior Championship gives young athletes the opportunity to experience Speedgolf competition at a national event in a fun, supportive environment.
Junior competitors will play 9 holes of Speedgolf, combining golf skill with running speed.
This event is designed to introduce young players to Speedgolf while encouraging sportsmanship, fitness, and enjoyment of the game.

Speedgolf combines golf and running into one fast-paced sport.
Players run the course carrying a small number of clubs and complete the round as quickly as possible.
Your Speedgolf score is calculated by adding:
Golf Strokes + Running Time
Example:
Golf score:80
Running time: 60 minutes
Final Speedgolf score: 140
The lowest combined score wins.
